what to expect

A core part of Megan's philosophy is transparency and client involvement from the get go.

1  Getting in Touch
 

The first step in the process is to get in touch and ask for help. You will then be contacted to organise a time for an informal, obligation-free catch-up. This can be done either over the phone or in person.

2  The Catch-up and Approval
 

During the catch-up you will be given recommendations and asked if you would like to move forward with the programme. If you decide that you do, you will be asked to answer a few questions that will help determine whether commencing with exercise testing is suitable for you, as your safety is paramount.

 

In some circumstances, Cardiologist or GP approval may be required prior to commencing any work with us. We may also request that relevant medical reports are provided in this instance.

3  Starting the Programme
 

Once you have been approved, the agreed upon plan can begin at a time and date that suits you best, at an agreed location.

Getting started can be a little challenging for some and this is why we offer a range of service options to ensure you are getting the support you need, at what may be a very vulnerable time for you.  

 

Megan's expertise and experience lend themselves well to liaising with other health professionals. If you would like her to discuss your current condition with them, please feel free to pass on her contact details.

 

Megan's network allows her great flexibility and options when it comes to your health. She is able to provide referrals or distance options if necessary.
